Hall Monitors / Greeters
Monitor hallways and entryways, warmly greet attendees, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service at both the conference venue and contracted hotels. Be knowledgeable of the conference schedule, local dining, and area activities to ensure attendees have a pleasant experience.
Hospitality
Serve and host guests, attendees, and speakers with warmth and excellence. Team members should have friendly, welcoming personalities.
Protocol
Assist the Conference Overseer by:
• Informing participants of assigned seating.
• Monitoring the flow of the service.
• Assisting wherever needed.
• Carrying out any duties assigned by the Office of Protocol.
Registration
Assist delegates with:
• The registration process.
• Issuing conference materials.
• Answering questions (with Team Lead support).
• Directing traffic in the registration area.
• Preparing packets, registration bags, and handling data entry.
Transportation
Provide safe and reliable transportation for guests using designated vehicles. Drivers must hold a valid license and have a cleared background check.
Ushers / Deacons
Carry out usher duties including:
• Assisting with seating.
• Distributing and collecting conference-related materials.
• Checking seating areas for trash or items after each service.
VIP Seatings
Ensure that VIP guests and speakers are seated properly and receive priority care and assistance during the conference.
Nurses / Green Room
Lead a team that provides care and attends to the needs of Leadership, VIPs, Division Hosts, and Guest Speakers in both the general venue and the Green Room.
